Her background includes advising practice group leadership and firm management through periods of growth, organizational change, and operational complexity.
Her work has focused on building structure in high-stakes, high-pressure settings aligning leadership priorities, improving resource utilization, strengthening execution discipline, and translating strategy into day-to-day operations across geographically dispersed teams.
Having operated inside Big Law, Liz understands the realities of partnership dynamics, competing priorities, and the constraints leaders face when balancing client demands with internal execution. This perspective informs a pragmatic, outcomes-driven advisory approach grounded in how these organizations actually function.
